2010 GRIFFITH UNIVERSITY SCHOOL of MEDICINE scientific study on EFT for ‘Eliminating Food Cravings’
Dr. Peta Stapleton conducted clinical trials with 96 overweight or obese Queenslanders’ experience with reducing food cravings through an 8-hour tuition program on using EFT . Results showed that EFT ‘was associated with a significantly greater improvement in food cravings, maintained at 6 and 12 months’, and many people lost weight. They also successfully applied their new EFT skills to other stress areas in their lives as ‘relapse prevention’. Dr. Stapleton says, ‘‘Eating may become a habit to satisfy other needs. You can become your own agent for healing and positive change.’
